Min-Max planning is usually used for replenishing
supply inventories in Manufacturing or purchased finished goods on which
inventories are maintained in a Distribution environment. The Oracle Min-Max planning system contains
no functionality for computing minimum and maximum inventories for an item.
This is done off-system and the results entered to the planning attributes as
described below.
