Organization_Id represents
Inventory Organization Id.
Org_Id represents Operating Unit Id.
A Global Variable exists in the Oracle Database called CLIENT_INFO, which is 64 byte long. First 10 Bytes are used to store Operating Unit ID(or ORG_ID)
for the multiple organization support feature.
