This table stores the data for User Defined Attributes linked to the Solicitation Header. Corresponding to each solicitation header record, there will be one record per attribute group associated for single row Attribute groups. For multi row attribute groups (such as addresses) there will be one record per row of the multi row attribute group. Extension_id (sequence generated) is the primary key for the table. For single row attribute groups, the combination of auction_header_id and attribute_group_id will also be unique. For multi row attribute groups, the uniqueness will be on auction_header_id, attribute_group_id + the database columns which map to the attributes which are part of the unique key for that attribute group.
